One of the UK’s leading Renewable Energy Developers involved in wind farm development, engineering and construction have exciting plans for expansion in 2009. Due to several on-going high profile projects, they are seeking an experienced Senior Offshore Development Manager to be integral in successfully delivering offshore wind development projects to the highest level.  
Key Responsibilities:
As a senior member of the development team you will have full responsibility for project managing the development of several wind farm sites across the South East coast and Wales. You will be responsible for all aspects throughout the projects lifecycle. This will range from the formulation of project development plans and budgets to fall in line with the company’s group strategies and overall business plans through to the successful co-ordination and management of both internal and external resource.
The successful candidate will be based in the South East, but travel throughout the UK will be required.
 
The Individual:
Educated to degree level, the ideal candidate will have a proven background of developing and delivering offshore projects. You will have previous experience of dealing with the consenting issues of offshore development and will have a proven ability to manage, lead, delegate and inspire when delivering high profile projects to the renewable sector. With a natural aptitude for project management you will be a self-motivated and driven individual with a genuine passion for the sector.
